Air Conditioning and Heating

Each room has individually controlled thermostat heating and cooling system. This can be controlled via a remote in your bedroom. Kindly refer to the remote holder box for instructions.

Piano Bar is fully stocked indoor bar serving a wide range of juices, cocktails, hard liquors, beers and snacks

Breakfast and Express Breakfast

A grab and go express breakfast is available between 5:30am and 6:30am. A pre-order should be made before 10pm the night before. Kindly dial extension 102 to order.

Breakfast Buffet is served daily from 6:30am until 10:00am in Sangalani Restaurant. Room service breakfast is also available at an additional charge. Please check your room service menu.

Business Center

Our Business Center is located in the Lobby area. It is open 24 hours a day. Usage of the computer and/or internet is free of charge while printing and photocopying charges will apply.

The check-in time is 14:00

Check-Out and Express Check-Out

The check-out time is 12:00, we are happy to store your luggage if you have a late departure. If you require an extended check out time, contact reception. Charges may apply according to availability.

To enable the Electricity in your room please insert your room key card into the slot while entering.

Electrical Outlets

All electric outlets in your room are on all the time. The local electric supply is 220-240 volts. Please note that any electrical equipment that is not compatible with supply 220-240 volts can result in damage to the equipment and Hotel equipment. The Hotel does not take any responsibility for damage to equipment due to misuse of electrical outlets, fluctuation of power or by black outs.

Emergencies Fire

For fire or emergency evacuation plan please look at the back of the entrance door.

CAUTION: IN CASE OF FIRE DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR

On evidence of Fire or Emergency, pleas proceed as follows:

• Locate your room key and take it with you
• Locate all available exits on the emergency evacuation plan (on the room door)
• Check the room door for heat before opening
• Proceed to the nearest available exit stairway and continue to the ground
• If you should find your path filled with smoke try crawling
• If you cannot reach the exit stairway safety return to your room
• Place a wet towel at the base of the room door
• Try to attract the attention of people from outside the window
• Once outside, proceed to the assembly point which is located in front of the main building and await further instructions from the Hotel Management Team members and the Hotel Fire Committee Team.

Extra Key Card

For recreational purposes we have an outdoor swimming pool, which can be used in accordance with the opening hours from 10:00 till sunset.
